Free Listing Service
With the free listing service, you can list your Ghanaian real estate property into the directory with up to 6 pictures at no cost. To submit your property into the directory all you need to do is login to your account or register for an account if you are new to the website.
You can manage your listing anytime you login. You can edit your property information, change your property pictures and remove your property when you close a deal with your buyer or tenant.

Featured Listing Service
On our home page we show 10 listings from the various categories of Ghana real estate property (houses, hostels, land etc.) that we have in our directory. These 10 listings are selected randomly.
However, we do realise that some property owners would want to have a guaranteed placement for their listing on the home page even if it is just for a certain period of time. This is where the featured listing service comes into play.
With the featured listing service, one is charged a small fee for a guaranteed placement on the home page for a limited period of time.
