There are two ways through which you can list your Ghana real estate property; the free listing service and the paid listing service.

With the free listing service you can list your Ghana real estate property with up to 3 photographs for 8 months absolutely free. You can always resubmit your property listing after the 8th month by just sending as an email with your property ID or contacting us by phone.

To submit your property through the free listing service please proceed to the submit a property page.

However, from February to July 2008, RCH Advertisements has decided to take the photographs if the property is located in Accra.  This will be done to prevent property owners from wasting their time taking the photographs themselves.

With the paid listing service, just contact us and we will have our photographer at your real estate property to take numerous fully coloured snapshots.  This means there is no need for you to waste your time taking the photographs yourself.  

We will also provide a map for your property.  This is important to you because it will help property seekers locate your property easily.  You will also get a property slideshow.

With the paid listing service, a maximum of 20 photographs which you will personally select from the numerous snapshots will be listed with your property.  This is important to you because you personally select the most appealing photographs that will help attract property seekers to your property.

RCH Advertisements can also edit or modify your existing advertisement.  This is done free of charge which means there is no extra cost in editing or modifying your existing advertisement should you dislike the way your advertisement looks or should you want to change something about it.  This also applies to the free listing service.

Your first month of being listed in the directory is free.  

However, to continue advertising your property after the first month, some payments will have to be made.

A monthly payment of GH¢2.5 is required, but the payment plan is as follows:
You pay for 2 months and you get the next month free.

The first month of advertising your Ghana real estate is free.  You will then pay for the 2nd and 3rd month (2 months), the 4th month will be free.  Then you pay for the 5th and 6th (2 months) and the 7th month will be free.  This payment cycle will be repeated for subsequent months.

With this payment plan you pay GH¢10 for 6 months and GH¢20 for 12 months.

You can pay GH¢9.5 for 6 months or GH¢19 for 12 months if you pay in advance.

With the paid listing service, your listing will only be taken off the website if you default in the monthly payments but we will still contact you before taking your listing off.

* Hostels listed on RCHads.com will get features of paid listing service at no cost.  This is to encourage hostel owners list their hostels into the directory.  In doing this, hostel owners will be providing students a hassle-free way of finding out information about their facilities.  Students just have to go to the internet café, log on to the website and access all these information.

* Land will be listed only through the free listing service.
